Meet Elaine

You’ve spent years holding it all together for your family—wife, mom, friend, and everything in between, With the kids out of the house, you and your partner are suddenly in a whole new game, and it’s easy to feel like you’re drifting and disconnected. That empty-nest vibe might have you wrestling with loneliness and a sense of who you even are now that the kids are off on their own.
That’s where I step in. I’ve been there, done that, and know exactly what you’re going through. I’m all about helping women in midlife rediscover themselves and reignite their marriage. It’s all too common to lose yourself in the parenting grind, but it’s time to reconnect with who you really are and who you fell in love with. I also help women build real friendships and set solid boundaries with their adult children.
